You have access to our Loan Approval Center for one year, if you are declined by two lenders after one year from original purchase date, you may qualify for a refund. Consumer Finance reserves the right to review or decline refund requests if alternate loan program is offered. No Refunds given without decline letters and receipts (if applicable). Refund Policy-Instant Access:
All refunds must be credited back to original credit card account. To request a refund, mail two letters showing you applied and were declined, along with a receipt as proof of purchase. You must provide Consumer Finance Service, LLC receipt or we can not issue a refund. Refunds issued only to the person who purchased the service. Receipts we accept; If paid by credit card, specify name and address on the card and the date charged. If paid by check or money order, please provide a copy of the cancelled portion of the check or money order. Refunds issued to those who have met the refund requirement only.
Refund Policy - Order by Mail Loan Application Packets Only
All Consumer Finance refund requests and required documentation (two decline letters along with receipts if applicable) must be mailed to Consumer Finance within 3 months (90 days) of original order date. Refunds exclude Mail Cost and Administrative Expense. Refund requests are not taken via e-mail. Refunds applicable to specific lender declines only. Consumer Finance reserves the right to review or decline refund requests if alternate loan program is offered. No Refunds given without decline letters and receipts (if applicable). No refunds given after the "Personalized Loan Application Packet" has been mailed and/or Credit Card charge has been processed. Because of sensitive lender information Consumer Finance does not offer a return policy. Refunds issued for those who qualify. Please read all information carefully.
